Portimao

Tomorrow we will start our push North but today we must bide our time. We had planned to anchor at the western end of the Algarve near Sagres but it is completely exposed to the east and the winds are supposed to go east at around 2am so it does not look tenable so we are going to Portimao where we can anchor for the night.

Portimao is twenty miles from Sagres so it is not ideal it will just add to our journey to Sines the following day. I can't say much about Portimao because we simply anchored ands left the next day. I was quite tempted to have a swim and probably should but didn't.
